Are you receiving a “Failed activation: audio package load error” error in ROCS|Cue? This is because we have updated the software and audio packages (April 12th 2025) so the previous software and audio packages won’t work with the new software version and audio packages.

To fix this, you will need to redownload the following:
- ROCS|Cue Software
- Audio Package
- Music-Only
- SFX & Music
