Access codes will be sent via email 1-2 business days after you sign your ROCS contract from PandaDoc (not to be confused with the contract you sign with the licensing houses).

Once you have signed your contract, we will schedule an email delivery of your access codes 30 days before your opening night.

Customize Your Show
In Show|Ready and Stage|Tracks, approved edits include key and tempo changes, cuts, repeats, skips, vamps, caesuras, markers, and click resolution, along with controls for playback states and OSC commands for seamless QLab integration. These tools support curated media to perform a show enhanced with technology as the authors intended, providing a curated show experience and allowing productions to flexibly adapt material to their cast while maintaining the integrity of the score within approved licensing guidelines.
Stage|Tracks integrates with both QLab 4 and QLab 5, at no additional cost to Stage|Tracks users. QLab is only available on Mac devices, and a paid QLab license is required. To make setup fast and easy, ROCS also provides a pre-built QLab workspace designed to streamline configuration and get productions up and running quickly.
To preserve the intended structure and licensing compliance of each production, edits outside the approved tools are not supported. Actions such as renaming, reordering, deleting, or adding songs, as well as creating additional scene change music, are not permitted within the software.
