ROCS Services are designed to support theatre organizations, educators, and performers, including students participating in productions. The Website provides resources such as user manuals and other informational content to help all users of ROCS tools.

We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 (“children”). With parental consent, children may download ROCS products through our Website or app store. They can access the tracks via their shared organizational access code. The ROCS Website and Applications do not require individual user accounts and do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying details from users under the age of 18.

ROCS products are not designed to collect or manage student education records protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that personal information from a child under 18 or protected student information has been provided to us unintentionally, we will promptly take reasonable steps to delete it.
