Beat Bugs: A Musical Adventure is a 2017 musical adaptation of the Netflix animated series. The Netflix show won two Emmy Awards – one in 2017 and one in 2019. It was inspired by the legendary Beatles discography.
The musical adaptation brings these characters to life. The story centers around five pals named Walter, Buzz, Jay, Crick, and Kumi. Happy and full of life, the gang sets out on an adventure to save Strawberry Fields! Because of their journey, they explore the world and learn life lessons. The show incorporates numerous songs from the iconic Beatles catalogue including “All You Need Is Love”, “Come Together”, “Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds”, “In My Life”, “Strawberry Fields Forever”, and more!
