Resetting Your Software on Mac

If you have issues with your ROCS software not loading correctly after several tries, we recommend resetting the software on your Mac computer by deleting the local files. Follow the instructions below to learn more.

To reset your software on your Mac computer, do the following:

  • Click on your desktop, outside of any applications. Click on Go in the top toolbar, and a drop-down menu will appear.
  • With the Go menu open, click and hold the Option key and the Library will appear in the drop-down menu. Select the Library to open it.
  • Once inside the Library, double-click on the Application Support folder to open it.
    • To make this easier to navigate, we recommend you change the view to List View.
  • Scroll through the list of folders and find show_ready. Drag and drop the Show|Ready application into the Trash on your dock to delete it.
  • Open Show|Ready and re-enter your authorization codes to activate your license. This will re-download your show and any edits you uploaded previously.
