If you have hit your seat limit, this error typically happens when you are using a network connection with a strict firewall and you have used up all of your seats by trying to log in multiple times. Please email us at licensing@rightoncueservices.com to add additional seats.

What is happening is that the location’s firewall or closed ports are blocking the download. Everything you try to access the program consumes one of the seats.
