No More Activations/ Hit Seat Limit

If you have hit your seat limit, this error typically happens when you are using a network connection with a strict firewall and you have used up all of your seats by trying to log in multiple times.  Please email us at licensing@rightoncueservices.com to add additional seats.

Once your seat limit is increased, to prevent this issue moving forward, do one of the following:

  • Download the program using your data hotspot, then only use the program offline when in the venue with the restricted network firewall, connecting to your data hotspot to send edits through to the server
  • Download the program using your home network, then only use the program offline when in the venue with the restricted network firewall, connecting to your home internet connection to send edits through to the server.
  • Have your IT department review our Network Error Page.
